Havelock City which is built in phases and has completed phase 1 and 2 comprising of four residential towers. Residents have already taken occupation in the four residential towers Park, Elibank, Layards and Davidson and are enjoying the lifestyle Havelock City has to offer. The piling of phase 4 is currently underway while the construction of Phase 3 is ongoing to accelerate the development process and is expected to be completed by mid-2019. The Havelock City Commercial Development comprises of a 50 story Office Tower offering Grade A premium office space and a Shopping Mall built to international standards.

All apartments are constructed with high quality fixtures and fittings, which include a fully fitted kitchen with hood and hob, built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms, toilet and bathroom fittings with fully completed vanity counter and cabinets, light fittings, floor tiles and air-conditioners.

As home owners would like to furnish their apartments to reflect their individual preferences, additional fixtures, fittings and furniture are not provided. Since the apartments are optimally configured, great potential exists for every apartment owner to bring out the best in their apartment.
